At OSK, I expanded upon the traditional creative leadership role by immersing myself in a more integrated and strategically complex client environment—specifically, Mercedes-Benz. My core focus lay in collaborating cross-functionally with partner agencies to conceptualize and execute culturally resonant PR stunts and campaigns. I led the development of digital-first content strategies across platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, blending storytelling with brand relevance. Additionally, I played a key role in ideating and shaping brand experiences through events and immersive activations, ensuring every creative output aligned with both brand vision and contemporary cultural touchpoints.

As Creative Group Head, I was responsible for leading multiple client accounts independently, without a Creative Director in place. This meant not only overseeing the creative output but also ensuring that every concept aligned strategically with the brand’s objectives. I guided the team through ideation and execution, provided clear creative direction, and worked closely with account leads to deliver work that was both impactful and on brief. It was a role that required both leadership and hands-on involvement—balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day creative problem solving.

This was where I truly developed my writing craft—progressing from Junior to Senior Copywriter while gaining a deep understanding of copy structures and campaign development. I wrote everything from cereal box copy to punchy print ad headlines. In my early years at Accenture Song, I focused primarily on BTL work: events, activations, and shopper marketing for brands like Lindt, Heineken, and Strongbow. As I advanced, my responsibilities expanded to include TV and radio campaigns for these same brands.
